
Overview
The hiring conference is virtual using your technology of choice, e.g., Zoom, MS Teams, etc. The conference last for two days, typically a Tuesday and Wednesday in a single week. We provide up to 20 interview slots per company. We coordinate both client and candidate schedules for availability.
Our Virtual Hiring Conferences is a 3 step process:
- Pre-conference
- Conference
- Post-conference
Pre-Conference
The Alliance Candidate Team will partner with your organization on five (5) items:
- Corporate Partner Presentation
- Company Assessments
- Interview Availability
- Candidate Interview Schedule
- Candidate Resumes
Corporate Partner Presentation
We will collaborate with your team on a presentation that will be reviewed with our candidates. Our goal is to educate our candidates on your industry, company, values, offerings, and hiring team. We want them to know you!
Company Assessment
Some corporate partners require candidate assessments due to company hiring policies. We will facilitate the process to ensure you receive the information required for evaluation.
Interview Availability
We coordinate the interview availability schedule with both parties. We understand your time is limited, so we ensure both candidate and client are available at a specific time and date over the two day period.
Candidate Interview Schedule
Once availability is finalized, we share the interview schedule. This serves as one final check in the scheduling process.
Candidate Resumes
We provide the candidate’s resumes in standardized format to ensure they are easy to read and understand.
Conference
During the conference we support your team in the event of a scheduling conflict. We understand issues may arise, but we are here to work through any challenges.

The Alliance Client Team will partner with your organization on four (4) items:

- Solicit your Feedback
- Coordinate Post Conference Availability & Activities
Share Candidate Feedback
We provide the candidates’ feedback on their level of interest in your opportunity.
Solicit Your Feedback
We provide the candidates’ feedback on your level of interest in moving to the next step. Both candidate and client feedback allows us to understand the level of mutual interest and ascertain you desire to move forward.
Coordinate Post Conference Availability
We coordinate with your team on a mutually agreed date and time for the follow on interview. Whether the next interview is on-site or virtual, we will assist in coordinating the meeting.
Offer Extended
If your organization extends an offer, we will inform the candidate. If any questions arise, we will work with both parties to ensure all aspects, namely compensation and benefits, are explained to ensure both candidate and client share the similar expectations.
