We are very selective. Our JMOs are typically graduates of service academies and top tier academic institutions. Many performed in complex and difficult leadership roles, including serving in the infantry and on submarines. They are usually 26 to 32 years old that exhibit a level of maturity beyond their years.
Our NCOs are high performing enlisted servicemembers who possess technical and administrative skills. They have completed multiple rounds of skills training and executed job specific tasks.
The number of qualified candidates from different backgrounds who could perform the role and fit culturally in our company is remarkable.
