Programs
We have two programs:
- JMO
- Longview
JMO focuses on providing high potential JMOs for Leadership Development Programs (LPOs) or critical leadership roles. LDPs are designed to develop the selected individuals to lead a business’ next era of growth. We understand that many companies may not have these type of programs. Consequently, we also work with companies who require leaders for critical roles. We will partner with your team to determine whether or not the role is a quality fit for both you and our candidates.
Longview focuses on providing highly skilled NCOs for technical positions. These individuals are highly trained in specialized disciplines such automotive, nuclear power, electrical, and mechanical.
