Building a Bench
Many organizations struggle to identify and develop the necessary individuals to drive the next wave of innovation. Our JMO program is designed to help an organization “build a bench” of future leaders for the next era of growth. Many of our customers utilize the concept of a Leadership Development Program (LDP) to cultivate high potential individuals into future executives. Our candidates excel in these programs and often exceed expectations.

However, we understand not every company has an LDP. Consequently, many of our corporate partners leverage our program to fill critical roles in a variety of functions. A few examples include, but are not limited to:
- General Management
- Operations Management
- Sales Account Management
- Engineering Management

Our JMO candidates are some of the best and brightest American has to offer. All of our candidates served for a minimum of 4 years while some for 8 years or more. A strong majority deployed overseas leading troops thru complex and risk adverse missions. More importantly, these experiences fortified a strong value system of character, integrity, and commitment.

The Hiring Process

To connect our corporate partners to our candidates, each program leverages a different delivery model. JMO leverages a Virtual Hiring Conference (VHC) while Longview uses a traditional “job order” format.
Virtual Hiring Conference
Our VHCs are an end to end managed service. There are five (5) VHCs per year, each being 2 days in duration. Each VHC executes a three (3) phase process:
- Pre-conference
- Conference
- Post-conference
Pre-Conference
In the pre-conference phase, we collaborate with your organization on preparing a company brief to present to the candidates. This provides them with a better understanding of your values, go to market, and the role and responsibilities of the opportunity.
Conference
In the conference phase, we capture your availability and coordinate all the interviews dates and times. We provide your team with your interview line up to include the candidate resumes in a standardized, easy to read format. After each day, we schedule a call to solicit your feedback.
Post-Conference
In the final phase, post-conference, we coordinate with your time on the follow up schedule whether virtual or on-site. Additionally, if an offer is extend, we articulate the details to the candidate to ensure expectations are aligned between both parties.
Finally, in the event something should arise that requires modifying the schedule, the Alliance team is standing by to support your business. We understand the dynamic nature of the business environment and will work to find solutions that meet your needs.
